Refund Policy 

When it comes to cancellations of your classes, workshops or team builds, we require 72 hours or (3) days notice that you will not be attending. At that point we may reschedule your class to an alternative time/day, in this situation there is no loss or penalty. However, less than 3 days notice you will forfeit your ability to reschedule. Depending on the service booked we may have a waitlist. If we are able to fill your spot in the class, you will be eligible to receive a full refund.

Please understand, upon entering into a time commitment when you book classes, workshops, or team builds that last minute cancellations not only inconvenience the Artist but we are unable to book replacement classes with short notice.

Please note refunds or rescheduling are not available for promotional events. Please contact our studio if you have any questions regarding this policy.
